Published fares are base prices per vehicle. Standard listed fares cover up to 4 passengers and 4 regular bags. A van carries up to 6 passengers and 6 regular bags; van or luxury upgrades add $20 when applicable.

  • First requested child seat is included; each additional requested child seat is $10.
  • Pets disclosed in advance have a standard $10 fee.
  • BUF Airport waiting: first 60 minutes included. Border waiting: first 60 minutes included. Then $30/hour.
  • Extra passengers, excess or oversized luggage, extra stops, route changes, waiting time, or special requests can change the final confirmed fare.
  • Normal cancellations or booking modifications are free when made at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • No payment is required at booking. Pay the driver directly when your ride is provided; card payments include a 4% processing fee.
