1. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservations should ideally be made one day in advance to ensure availability. However, last-minute bookings are accommodated whenever possible.
  • Your booking will be confirmed via email, detailing the pickup time and location. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made in cash or via major credit cards. To avoid network issues, payment is required before crossing the border for cross-border trips to Canada.
  • All fares are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable tolls or taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for cancellations made within the acceptable time frame will be processed promptly.

4. Luggage and Personal Items

  • There are no additional charges for luggage. However, please notify us if you have oversized items or many bags.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi is not liable for lost or damaged items during the journey.

  • Please ensure you are at the designated pickup location on time. Excessive delays by the passenger may incur additional waiting time charges.

8. Cross-Border Travel

  • A valid passport or Green Card is required for cross-border trips to Canada. The passenger is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation.
  • FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi is not responsible for any issues arising from a passenger’s failure to meet cross-border travel requirements.

9. Liability

  • FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi endeavors to provide a timely and professional service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • If a vehicle breaks down, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched quickly to minimize inconvenience.
