    All rates are quoted as flat rates per vehicle, not per person. The quoted price includes all tolls, taxes, and fees, ensuring complete transparency. We do not charge for border fees or waiting time in case of flight delays.
    All fares are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable tolls or taxes.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any fees.
    Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount.
    Refunds for cancellations made within the acceptable time frame will be processed promptly. To cancel a booking, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

  4. Changes to Reservations
    You can modify your booking online using the link provided in the confirmation email. Any changes to pickup times, dates, or destinations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  5. Luggage and Personal Items
    There are no additional charges for luggage. However, please notify us if you have oversized items or many bags.
    Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi is not liable for lost or damaged items during the journey.

  6. Safety and Conduct

    FallsLink monitors flight schedules and adjusts pickup times in case of delays. There are no additional fees for waiting due to flight delays.
    Please ensure you are at the designated pickup location on time. Excessive delays by the passenger may incur additional waiting time charges.

  9. Cross-Border Travel
    A valid passport or Green Card is required for cross-border trips to Canada. The passenger is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation.
    FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi is not responsible for any issues arising from a passenger’s failure to meet cross-border travel requirements.

  10. Liability
    FallsLink Buffalo Airport Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or road incidents.
    We ensure our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest safety standards. If a vehicle breaks down, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched quickly to minimize inconvenience.
    Passengers are responsible for their belongings during transportation.
